Job Description
– Mentor QA team, working closely with the development team and management team to design testing strategies
– Understand domain knowledge & client testing process clearly to implement all testing activities independently and effectively
– Review requirements, specifications and technical documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
– Investigate defect reports from production support, isolate their causes, inform development teams for fixing and retest to ensure adequate resolutions.
– Prepare test documents and review with development teams when necessary
Your Skills and Experience
– 5+ years of work experience as a Senior QA Engineer/ QA Lead
– Good experience in both manual testing for web-based and mobile applications (knowledge in automation testing is a plus)
– Solid experience in creating and implementing test strategies and detailed test plans, test cases/scripts
– Good experience in writing new test cases based on requirements
– Experience in developing, documenting and implementing quality assurance standards
– Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and responsive testing
– Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and testing methodologies
– Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think out of box
– Experience in API testing and Web Services Ability
– Familiar with Performance Testing
– Good knowledge of testing methodology and tools, experience with Agile methodology is a plus
– Experience in developing test automation for mobile web and applications is a plus
– Experience with Security Testing is a plus
– Fluent English (Both written and verbal)
